In property valuation, NURR has been entrusted to value a 2,500 acres of palm oil plantation in Jeniang, Kedah for the purpose of purchase. Our valuation unit has since been mobilized to secure valuation jobs through being in the panels of leading banks and financial institutions and corporate bodies throughout Malaysia.

In property management, NURR has teamed up with key personals from Koridor Serantau Sdn Bhd (KSSB), a company with more than 15 years experience doing property management & services.  KSSB has more than 6700 units consisting of flats, apartments and condominium under their management around the Klang Valley and in the state of Johor.
